I’ve known Larmie’s mom for years, we used to work together in my former career, so when she called and said they wanted to come over from Kansas City to have Laramie’s senior photos done by me in Topeka I was thrilled. Definitely a long way from the 6-year old I met 11 years ago!
Meet Priscilla, my first senior model from Shawnee Heights High School for the Class of 2010! Priscilla got lucky in that the weather warmed up enough that the day we were doing her studio session it was actually nice enough to run outside for a bit beforehand!
Meet Valerie, another one of my Senior Models from Topeka High for the Class of 2010! She was totally cute and fun to work with…until the volleyball came out. After that it was all business! I’ll post her volleyball composite image this weekend, on a scale of 1 to 10 it’s got a fierceness factor of about 50!
Meet Grace, one of my Class of 2010 Senior Models at Topeka High School. She came in with her mom and aunt last week for her studio session and we had a blast, I can’t wait to do her outdoor session!
I had previously done Nick’s senior photos and had a blast, so when he asked about doing photos for his band One Life Later I jumped at the chance. Ok, so I’m back from my two week journey to the south, what happened to the warm weather? Um, hello….springtime…?
The studio is open and accepting appointments again although the schedule is pretty full for the next couple of weeks. Spring and summer are the best times to photograph seniors and families and it’s not too early to make your appointment! I can accept only a limited number of appointments so get yours booked soon!
